Highlight the entire document by pressing CONTROL + A
Once the document is selected, press

The document will be converted to text, and the hyperlinks will be removed.
In Chrome under Options (the wrench) go to Default Search -> Manage
In the new window fill in the boxes as follows:

Keyword: Google.XX
URL: http://www.google.XX/search?q=%s
* where XX is the specified country – eg. co.uk
For temporary solution use http://www.google.com/ncr
* where /ncr stipulates no country redirect
